Baby Crafts

My obsession with making baby crafts began once my older siblings began having babies.  Personalized gifts are always the best to make and receive, so I wanted to think up of some good crafts to make.

My sister made these amazing coasters a while ago, and I wanted a reason to make some.  As I had no "life events" to document yet (wedding, baby etc) I figured I should make them for someone else!

They are super easy to make, and inexpensive too!!  All you need is some tiles, felt stickers for the bottom, some photos, and Mod Podge.  I bought the tiles from Home Depot for $.16 each.  I bought 6, so I actually didn't even spend $1!  All you have to do is cut the photos so that they fit the tile.  I used a paper cutter so that my lines would look good but you could cut with a scissor if you are skilled enough!
This was the first one. Just cut into a square!
Once you have them all cut, paint some Mod Podge onto the tile, and then place the photo on.  Repeat for all of the tiles.
All of them are glued on
Let them settle for a little, and then simply paint the mod podge on top.  I tried to stay in the same direction the whole time, because the brush strokes will show, but thats what makes them look nice.  Make sure to get the edges and corners down well.
My completed project! (Before they were dry)
This project was so easy and it was a great gift to give family for Christmas!  They loved it!
